This 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit with laundry closet was designed around a simple 10 foot wide symmetrical room width flanking a center wall, enabling support for the ReZist-It roof panels. The outer walls begin at 8 feet in height with all ceilings sloping to the 11'-4'' center support wall. 



The sloped roof design with gable ends and low pitched roof was designed to compliment existing ranch homes where second living units are needed for growing families, or additional rental income. We also have a flat roof option for desert regions.
