Leadership Team

GloPac’s management team has well over 200 years of combined experience in construction, material sourcing, design, architecture, engineering, marketing and sales, delivery, manufacturing and assembly, supply chain management, international disaster relief aid, and disaster management.

Frank W. Mac Donald, Chairman/CEO, Principal

Frank has over 51 years experience in all facets of construction, including ,marketing, sales, waterproofing, coatings and adhesives, material supply, heavy equipment, compaction management, tilt-up building, and high-rise construction. Franks broad field of knowledge was due to his work as a General Engineering Contractor and a multitude of consulting projects.

Frank has extensive experience in foam-core technology and materials, specializing in underground toxic leak control and repair. Frank has applied his knowledge to panelized construction, using structural insulated panels in a patented building system for residential and commercial construction and for curtain wall panels in high-rise construction. His work has involved energy efficient foams, non-toxic and environmentally friendly “Green and Sustainable” materials, the development of waterproofing elastomeric coatings, sealants and adhesives, insect resistant additives and fire-protective coatings. This experience led him into leak aversion and erosion, and containment of high-powered leaks in dams and reservoirs, including storage tanks and the elastomeric coating of earthen dams.
Frank assisted in the development of an innovative waterproof coating for concrete block for the Superlite Block Company in Phoenix, Arizona; product development of color stains for the Rainguard Company in Pasadena, California. This work has been an active part of his research and development of pre-engineered panelized building systems. Frank organized a team of experts to research, develop and deliver innovative solutions to the unique problems associated with affordable world housing. He has worked closely with Government Agencies, such as HUD, FEMA, ICBO and the University .of Hawaii in the Pacific Rim and consulted for major construction companies such as the Earnest Hahn Company, Turner Construction, Tuter-Saliba, Peter Kiewit and the Pankow Corporation.
Frank, his wife and partner Susanna, with assistance from Robert Sarrasin, John Cowee, Rod Hurtado and Phil Rodda developed the ReZist-It System as it is today. Many thanks go to this important team, and to others who gave it their all.
