"The ReZist-It system is capable of obtaining LEED points faster and more economically than perhaps any other conventional or proprietary building methodology."
"The ReZist-It system is capable of being assembled onsite by the "Do It Yourselfer" with little or no prior skills or knowledge of construction."
"Just imagine helping your neighbor build his home without using the typical power saws, hammer and nails, screws, messy glues, etc...just a torque wrench."
"Just imagine building a home without the hassle of hanging drywall....wow"
"Just imagine a building system that has built-in elements for air and moisture barrier therefore eliminating complicated building paper applications."
"Just imagine applying just a one coat exterior plaster directly to the panel, or applying siding or masonry directly to the panel."
"When comparing apples to apples, The ReZist-It system is, in nearly all cases equal to or lower in cost than any conventional method of construction."
"This system is the ultimate in simplicity, versatility, and high strength"
Our typical floor panel, panel grade beam and pier system
"The ReZist-It system is pre-engineered to resist all natural disasters including high winds, earthquakes, damage from insects, mold and dry-rot, and fire.
"The ReZist-It system is similar to the childhood toy known as "The Erector Set" and can be assembled using only a torque wrench."
The ReZist-It Technology

"If you had to rebuild your home today, wouldn't you want to use a system that meets these requirements? The ReZist-It system does"
The ReZist-It system is a complete and patented building system offering Architects and Engineers the design flex-ability to create buildings using our pre-engineered structurally insulated building methodology with superior versatility.
Our patented post-tensioned assembly process enables rapid and simplified assembly during construction in considerably less time than for conventional construction. The assembly of the ReZist-It structure incorporates post-tensioning resulting in a structural action similar to that of a moment frame. After the conventional concrete anchors are set, the assembly is completed with a pre-set torque wrench. Standardization of the panel manufacturing process ensures consistent high quality with superior vertical and horizontal strength, all based on point load engineering principals, with balanced load distribution.
GloPac’s building methodology and innovative, tested and proven panels are comprised of 5/16’’ composite Magnesium Oxy-Phosphate (MGO) cement type sheathing on both faces, surrounded by a 16 or 18 gauge G-90 galvanized hat-channel frame, encapsulating a lightweight core of insulating polyurethane or expanded poly-styrene (EPS) foam. This composite gives it superior strength, thermal efficiency and protection during transportation and handling. All materials used are ASTM (American Standard Testing Method) Certified.
A typical ReZist-It panel can be easily lifted by one or two people. GloPac’s typical panel is 4-1/2’’ thick and pre engineered in standard wallboard lengths and widths, with virtually limitless sizes and shapes in between.
When two panels are placed together, the effective result is two 18 gauge hat-channel studs (maximum 4 ft. on center) creating a 1-3/4’’x3-1/2’’ insulated vertical core for a 1/2'' post-tensioned threaded steel rod anchoring the roof system and entire unit to the foundation. This results in a system with no exposed tracks or metal on the outer and inner surfaces, eliminating any chance of corrosion or common thermal bridging issues.
ReZist-It walls are a complete system with options for core and facing materials. They are available in 1/2'' increments from 4-1/2'' to 48'' in width up to 12 feet in height and are based on standard wallboard dimensions. The panels can be linked together using our struts and post tensioning rod system for taller walls such as sloped gable ends or two story walls.
The roof panel system is an adaptation of GloPac's ReZist-It system panel. The roofing panel, ridge beam and roof construction have been specifically designed to connect directly to the standard ReZist-It panel and bracket system, ensuring structural integrity, and impervious ability to weather.
The floor system is an adaptation of the ReZist-It panel system. The floor panels, their supports and connections have been specifically designed to connect directly to the standard ReZist-It panel and bracket system, ensuring structural integrity, impervious to weather.
The ReZist-It system is so versatile that it can be used as a foundation grade beam, spanning between pier supports, or as a stem wall over a concrete spread footing. The system is also ideal for easy support and connection to standard pre-formed concrete pier blocks.
