Our manufacturing technology is a safe, clean environment for our workers, a non-polluting process, and does not require massive amounts of energy. All of our raw materials are 100% recyclable. Our patented ReZist-It technology does not use wood, and therefore no Forrest devastation or harvesting is needed.   



Our raw materials are available through-out the United States and in most parts of the world, enabling rapid and reliable supply chain fulfillment. 



We have established key suppliers for our proprietary manufacturing equipment, and have developed various output scenarios with numerous strategic competitive advantages!



Through our extensive R&D we have established manufacturing technology for lamination using rigid cores, and injected polyurethane foam.



Our moderate output manufacturing facilities are designed to produce approximately 300,000 panels of various sizes and shapes. This output scenario requires a 30,000 square foot building.



Our high output manufacturing plants can be designed to produce up to three million panels of various sizes and shapes annually, operating under three shifts.
