This 1 car garage kit is simple to assemble, and provides a clean, highly insulated envelope ready for either paint or trowel on finish for the interior, and allows for a multitude of options for exterior finishes. The roof panels have our standard  cement type sheathing ready for standard roofing materials which are easily attached over standard roofing felt. The roof panels are supported by our pre-engineered light weight ReZist-It ridge beam and open strut collar ties for simple assembly.  Since the roof panels form the ceiling the  garage has a open cathedral ceiling effect. Our typical struts can be attached to the top of the interior walls at any time in the future for light weight attic storage use. Additional strut applications on the interior allow for easy and secure shelving and storage racks. 



Foundation options:

• Concrete slab (by others). We recommend a typical 6 minimum concrete stem  wall and footing per local building codes.
