This 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit with laundry room was designed around a simple 12 foot wide symmetrical room width flanking a center wall, enabling support for the ReZist-It roof panels. The outer walls begin at 8 feet in height with all ceilings sloping to the 12 foot center support wall. 



The sloped roof design with gable ends and low pitched roof was designed to compliment existing ranch homes styles. The design also accommodates easy expansion towards the rear with living space or a covered porch. Many more adaptations of this design will be coming soon with modern roof lines and exterior themes.
